GE microwave is reliable

Works.very well overall. We wish the lighting on the controls was brighter- my wife has eyesight problems and clearer, brighter lights would help a lot

I have used this microwave once as it was just installed. It seems to be a little quieter than most units. The exhaust fan is only two speed, at first I was concerned, but it does work well and is also quieter. I will only be using it occasionally, due to living alone, I'm sure it will serve my application for years to come. .
I would recommend this to a friend!

I was having some problems at the beginning but had a technician come to my home and repair it. It works great now. Very happy!

Broke twice in first two years

Broke twice within first two years. Stopped heating both times. First repair was under warranty and they replaced the magnetron and pcb board. Same issue 13 months later but no warranty. Very frustrating.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
