DO NOT ORDER. The overhead charcoal filter needs replacement after 1 year. According to GE “This part is not longer available.”

New GE Microwave

Very nice microwave, fits perfectly. Only issues, it is louder than our previous Kitchenaid microwave which lasted us 22 years. Not that it is a big deal but that is my only criticism. Other than that minor issue, very attractive, well constructed, well designed.

No User Manual included

So far, so good. The only reason for four stars is that it didn't come with the user manual that said was included in the box. When I called about it, the person who took my call said it doesn't come with it, even though it said it was included. Figuring it out as we go, but frustrating not to have it handy.

A Worthy Upgrade to Earlier Models

Fingerproof and Long Lasting Quality Product

The fingerproof model was the absolute best. It clearly shows no fingerprints. We decided on a GE since our last microwave was a GE and lasted 14 years and still running. Just decided to replace in case. Love GE products. They last very long!
