Our other one stopped working so we ordered the same thing but I can tell it’s not made as well as the last one it just seems to be made cheaper!

I really like the microwave. The only thing I would say is the vent is a little loud.

Ok replacement of previous model

Had the previous model. Like the large interior without the metal rack. Feel that the keypad is less sensitive to the touch. Do not like the door handle in this model. Previous model was more tapered. Overall functions fine

Read this before you buy!

Second time this microwave broke! First time lasted about 3 years. Ordered a new one because the broken megatron part cost more than the microwave. This time the unit was manufactured Feb 2022. Installed Nov 2022, broke October 2023. Megatron and transformer parts needed. Luckily under warranty this time, but the inconvenience is not worth it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
