Great Microwave

Looks Great and works Great! This microwave is super easy to use and heats items really consistently and well. It is super easy to keep clean inside and out. We have been pleasantly surprised. The price point was great and it was a nice upgrade to the old white one we did have.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I REPLACED A GE MICROWAVE THAT I HAD FOR 16 YEARS. THIS ONE HAS THE SAME FEATURES AND SEEMS TO WORK JUST LIKE MY OLD ONE. HERE'S TO ANOTHER 16 YEARS OF GOOD SERVICE

Control panel dark and hard to read

I just had 4 GE slate appliances installed in my kitchen to replace GE appliances.I am happy with all except the microwave.The control panel display area is very dark and reflective,very hard to see the choices.I also miss the rack and larger turntable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Installation was easy and works great... Replaces a white unit. Only two complaints... I lights under the microwave are at the back of the unit and don't light up the stove top very well and second the key pad is hard to see when lights are low like in the early morning hours... We like to keep the kitchen lights off in the morning when making coffee and a bowl of cereal before work... You know eyes gotta still wake up... With a white microwave the keypad was easy to see with just the ambient lights from the microwave illuminating the cook top... The date keypad is almost black and the writing is a light gray... We now turn on the dining room light bring a little more light into the kitchen allowing us to see the keypad but still not hurt sleepy eyes... :) A back-lit keypad would be great and we would have gladly paid extra for it...

I really like this microwave. Love the color. Easy to install. I only have one small complaint. The buttons are at times a little hard to see what they do. It would have been nice if they were backlit. But other than that I am very happy with this purchase.

Beautiful Microwave

I replaced my 21 year old GE Spacemaker microwave as I wanted stainless to match new dishwasher and Range. This model had a recessed turntable and a sensor feature which was an upgrade from my Spacemaker. I hope it is also problem free and lasts as long.
