Works ok- like my old GE better- can’t set the surface light to go on at 9pm and shut off at 5am which I’ve been

Beautiful appliance

We just installed our new microwave with our new cabinets and the combination is just beautiful. We haven't used it yet, but we have always been happy with GE appliances

Microwave makes a banging sound from the vent when using. Installer taped it, but still sounds loud. Not sure if this is normal.

It can definitely be normal to notice a dull thumping sound when the oven is operating. This can be caused by temperatures or even the turntable.
