Very confusing to get started to just reheat food. Sometimes the turntable goes to “off “feature and to turn back on have to play with TT ON TT OFF button to get it working again. Overall not simple to use.

Replaced a 20 year old microwave with this. I liked some of the features of the old microwave like the extra shelf which was convenient for cooking several items. Also the convenience cooking setting was a little easier to use. This product does heat faster and I am satisfied.
