Superior Microwave!

This microwave exceeded all my expectations when we installed it in our home. Installation was super easy per the instructions and measure guide. I couldn't believe all the features this microwave has! It puts to shame my other microwave as it has so many cool features, settings, and ease of heating up food. I LOVE this microwave and Highly recommend this microwave for their family. We're a family of 5 people 3 of them teenagers. Let me tell you a microwave is a must have. This microwave is incredible. 10 stars!!!

When pushing on the numbers or start it hard & you have got to punch it just right or it will not work. It’s frustrating at times.

Attractive, functional, and decently priced microwave. It heats things up and isn't obnoxiously loud. I like that you can change the beep volume and mute it all together. It beeps once when there's 1 minute cook time remaining, which is a cool feature I didn't have on my previous microwave. The popcorn sensor cooking doesn't work that well for mini bags of popcorn but not a huge deal to manually add 30 more seconds. Overall, it's a great microwave and I'm happy with my purchase!

Attractive microwave with great features. It looks nice and heats things up, what more could you ask for. I like that you can adjust the beep volume or mute it completely. It also beeps when there's 1 minute remaining, which is a super helpful feature. The popcorn sensor cooking doesn't do well with mini popcorn bags but it's not a huge deal to manually add 30 more seconds. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase and would recommend to others!

Wonderful Microwave

This is my 3rd GE microwave. My first one is still working but we updated our kitchen and now I needed the one that goes over my stove. I love all the features, especially the one touch buttons and it is very easy to use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I purchased this thinking that it was fingerprint resistant. I apparently was incorrect. We replaced an older GE Profile with this model. It is very nice overall and seems to be a good upgrade.

The things that make you MAD!

I am giving this a 2 rating as we bought this microwave because after 6 years our other one stopped working, spitting mad. We went to get the same model as we just had our kitchen remodeled and had a back splash to fit under the microwave never expecting to have to replace the "darn thing" and needed one to fit the space available. The new one came and of course the charcoal filter is a different size, the grease filter is completely different, and the plate, ring and inset is completely different...spitting mad. I clean and change filters religiously and just bought the replacement filters that I can no longer use nor take back, spitting mad. The paperwork says we should have received a 2nd charcoal filter which we did not, now I have to call GE to see about getting one I should have gotten, and it was difficult (saw others with this same problem of this product). As far as the microwave itself, it was installed, they left and I wanted to put the old filter in the new microwave that's when we discovered the microwave was too deep that we couldn't get to the screws to open the compartment for the filter. Now (as a solution) we had to cut out the bottom of the cabinet to get to the screws to open up the microwave filter compartment! spitting mad. We did test that it heats up water, but have not yet really used it so this review is not on the function of the device.
