The product is very easy to use , like any new device just have to get use to the selection layout. It heats evenly , consistent temp. Simple fan low/ high, last microwave had multiple fan settings which is not necessary.

Good but missing my Vegetable button

So far so good, but I'm missing the vegatable button that was on our 12 year old GE Profile microwave that died. The vegetable button would cook fresh or frozen veggies to perfection with the push of one button. Now I have to guess how long to cook them, and we like our veggies crunchy so I always do a few short times to avoid overcooking them.

This is our second one, identical, in 5 years! The door handle breaks off! Completely! My wife and I are very careful with the second one, especially after the first one broke off, and it is not repairable.. sadly need to purchase an entire new MV!
