Very good microwave for the price.
After installing the new microwave, we had an issue with the vent fan not being as strong as the vent fan on our old microwave. GE Service came out and resolved the issue. (Changed the vent fan to vent "forward" instead of venting outside.) Microwave has been working perfectly since then.

Love it! This is the second GE microwave we have owned. The last one we had for 20 years and it still worked great! So glad the new one has all of the old features plus some new ones! Also loved Home Depot’s salespeople in North Little Rock. Mr. Shane in appliances answered all my questions when I called and it only took a few minutes for him to have it on my cart after driving over an hour to the store.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is my 2nd one. Loved the first one thought i just got a lemon. Nope as soon as the warranty ended it just stopped working. I was using it and it just died. Just like the 1st one. What a waste of my money. No more ge microwave for me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
