Works fantastic. Love the popcorn feature. You put the popcorn in the container, set it in the microwave and push the popcorn button and it does everything else. No burning and pops about every kernel.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great features but not all work

I am very displeased with my new microwave. The vent doesn’t work properly. It has no suction. When I cook, the vapor covers the microwave window. I had two technicians here and they told me, that’s the way it is. A really unsatisfactory answer. My old 20 year old GE microwave worked beautifully. Can you help?

Regarding the vapor covering the window, we want to assure you that steam or vapor escaping around the door does not indicate a microwave energy leakage. The design allows heat and steam to escape to prevent overheating, and some condensation between the door panels is normal unless it persists unreasonably. However, we understand your concerns with the vent not working properly, and we encourage you to once more take advantage of your warranty by calling our GE Appliances Consumer Service at 1-800-432-2737 to address the vent issue.
