Gets the job done

Does it's job, but door has to be slammed to actually close and start the microwave. This might have been an installation issue. Fan works well, but it's loud even on the lowest setting.

If you find that your microwave door closes loudly or is harder to close than your previous model, the difference in the door noise is due to a firmer spring in the door latch; this is a normal condition for the microwave. You can lift up on the latch to feel the tension.

This is a replacement for another GE microwave that suddenly stopped working. After bad experiences with other brands I now purchase GE. I own a new washer, and an electric range as well. Very pleased with the performance of all of them!
