We had this microwave previously and got a lot of years out of it. Purchased the same model-the door is lighter and doesn’t seal close as well resulting in intermittent ability to select power number and rotation of table. This may be a flaw of this particular unit

I just purchased GE microwave 2 days ago. I have already used many products from GE so go with this again. Easy to use and I liked features. just one down side is noice of vent. otherwise this is going nice so far.

Power Level Selection

Do not like fact you cannot set power level to a permanent level. Do not like having to set power level each time something is cooked . The default level is too high for most foods.

Everything time I use this microwave for 3 minutes or longer it black out and stop working. I think we bought a lemon. I don't suggest this size microwave for the kitchen.

The microwave is nice but still getting used to. I have difficulty with the auto time buttons. If I want to put in 10 mins once I hit the #1 button it starts at 1 min. I realized how to do it the other way but to my mind I'd rather just hit the exact time and press start.. so much more user friendly.

Wouldn’t heat over 6 minutes without flipping circuit breaker, so we had to replace the unit but the replacement has work excellent with no issues.
