Not Great, Not Bad

The microwave arrived with the rear casing slightly bent but in a intact box and packaging. The turntable made loud and clunky noises until one day a curly-que of metal shaving popped out of it. Other than these disappointments, it works well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It's a good product. All our kitchen appliances are GE Profile products. Our first microwave lasted 18 years.

Wish the buttons could be programmed

Love the ease of opening the door and it looks great.
I wish the preset shortcut buttons could be changed though. If you want something different — 20 seconds for example — you have to press “cook time” and then 20 — I would prefer just hitting “20” rather than having to do the extra “cook time” step.

I like my new micro. It is very similar to the old one . The clock is bigger and the option buttons are in the right place. It warms food quickly & evenly.

Mated up nicely to the old mounting bracket from the previous microwave. was easy to install as a result. Runs quietly with just the fan noise noticable.
