First microwave that arrived the door was very unlevel. Installer couldn’t adjust so a new one had to be ordered. New one seems better. Works well so far!

User Manual missing.

The User Manual was missing and I would appreciate it if you could please mail me a replacement (hard copy). Other than that I am very happy to have this new microwave which is replacing a 12 year old GE microwave that was excellent. Thank you.

Display Failure.

A segment in the display quit working after only a year. It’s cheaper to buy new than replace the part myself.

The button control panel has an unusual layout in that the start/stop is not at the bottom right corner. You have to learn to search for it in the middle, under the number keys. Sensor heating is a nice feature and seems to make hot water at a consistent temperature.
I would recommend this to a friend!
