It’s attractive, intuitive to use and easy to keep clean. Love the express options. It’s also very quiet. Somehow our above cabinet drill holes were about 1” off during installation, so don’t know if that was us or the template.

Chose this microwave to replace a Kenmore . Loving the new one. It is much quieter and Actually has extra features. I am enjoying it very much.

I thought that in 2024 this microwave would be alot quiter . Other than that it seems ok.

A "cheap" alternative.

Openin and shutting the door are too LOUD. My husband sleeps and gets awakened every time. The reheat doesn't count down the seconds so you can customize how hot you want something reheated. The choices for what to reheat don't cover everything and it's impossible to customize it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The sound you're hearing is due to a firmer spring in the door latch design; this is a normal condition for the microwave. The Reheat function is designed to reheat a single serving of previously cooked foods or a plate of leftovers. It utilizes a sensor, that will detect a burst of steam from the food as it cooks. Once the steam is detected, the remaining cook time should be displayed on the control panel. You can at that time modify the time left.
