Easy install and solid product so far. Only downfall is that newer microwaves only have a half bracket instead of a full bracket

If your microwave runs but is not heating, there could be one of many components that is not working properly. Please make sure the “Timer” function was not inadvertently used, and ensure the door is closed securely. Open the door and close it firmly. This confirms the engagement of the door's safety mechanisms.
We also recommend resetting your microwave by either unplugging it for 2-3 minutes, or by resetting the circuit breaker. If this does not resolve the issue, service is needed. You can schedule an appointment by calling the service department directly at 1-800-432-2737, or by scheduling online at the following link: https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.ht

Noisy microwave

This was just installed so I am still learning about it. My initial reaction is that it is very noisy when it runs or when the fan is on.
