After just 4 years, the steam sensor already needs to be replaced. Service cost, replacement part cost. Not very happy about this situation.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Oven works fine so far but the template provided for top-exhaust option led us to saw an opening more than twice the size than necessary. I strongly recommend getting your specific duct work connection in advance and create your own template for an opening that is right-sized. That way you will still have a functional cabinet above the stove.

Working as advertised. The only issue I encountered was difficulty aligning the microwave on the range as the old holes did not match the new holes even though it was exactly same microwave as the previous one. Otherwise, no complaints

We had the exact same model previously but this one, although the same model #, seems like a much inferior product. It doesn’t seem to be as strong, takes longer to heat things up. The door sounds cheaply made when closing it and the light on the clock display appears much brighter (no adjustment can be made to turn it down). Also, it wasn’t the exact same size so it needed some carpentry work to switch the older one out to fit this one in.
