Stopped heating

Worked great up until about a month ago. Intermittently the turntable stopped spinning and it doesn't heat the food.
On the occasions the turntable does spin it heats the food so the two issues are related.
I checked the turntable settings and confirmed it is set to 'on'.

like several of the features on the numeric keypad. Only concern is it's sometime difficult to depress the buttons.

Was form, fit, and function equivalent to the old GE 1.7 cubic foot micowave. It actually was slight smaller in height but looked even smaller when installed. The backside exhaust fit perfectly into the old units wall cutout.
I would recommend this to a friend!
