Not well made- Noisy Fan on New Model

The fan inside this brand new microwave makes noises much like a propeller winding up and when the cook cycle ends there is sound of the propeller slowly coming to a stop. It’s very annoying and even aggravating as this is a brand new microwave. My product was not very well made. I would like a replacement product. Can you help me?

So far it has worked fine and no problems figuring out the control panel. It would be nice if a printed manual came with the product. I assume there is a place on-line to get one but there were no instructions on where to go to do that.

Good machine for the money! Popcorn needs more time but that's probably the fault of Orville Redenbocker. Easy to install as well. .
