I just received the microwave. I have to get used to it, because I originally had the model that also was an oven,and it was larger and easier to use.

We appreciate your purchase and know there will be a learning curve, but this is a really nice model. It has 1000 Watts and 1.7 cubic ft. The Express Cook feature and the Turntable On/Off are consumer favorites on this model. Note: The Add 30 second button can be pressed multiple times and it is easy to use.

Fingerprint Resistant Coating is Soooooo Worth it!

Microwave works great and features are what you would expect for this price point. The vent fan does a good job clearing any fumes from the range below it. Even though we set it up to recirculate back into the room (no exhaust vent to outside), the air coming out is clear and without odor. Biggest reason to recommend this microwave versus other GE models is the fingerprint resistant coating on the stainless steel. Unlike other resistant coatings that don’t really stop fingerprints very well, this one does a great job. Despite having three kids in the house who use it regularly, the finish looks brand new and rarely needs to be cleaned. Well done GE!
