Had for three months went out on thanksgiving day repair came out the next Friday still have to wait about week for parts they should have replaced it on that day
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This was installed four months ago and the heating mechanism has already failed.

Purchased to match slate color of other new kitchen appliances. Works great. Numbers and words on control panel are dark and a little hard to see.

Electric Chef for the family

If you have kids that come home from school before you and they are responsible enough to heat up a snack/meal then this is the perfect microwave for your family. The sensor heating feature is very accurate. The popcorn sensor is a family favorite and we are always amazed how well it thoroughly pops all the kernels without burning. As a family, that has two working parents, we are relieved to have this feature and feel safer when allowing our kids use the microwave.
The slate look is very sleek and eye appealing. It is also very easy to clean.
The only negative aspect that it has is the loud exhaust fan motor but then again is any exhaust fan quiet....don't think so.

Great Microwave

We had never had an over the range microwave before, but I realized that buying an over the range model would free up counter space. It is very good looking and easy to use.

Nice microwave

I like the look and the way it operates. The features are too dark on a dark background. I suggest you find a way to add a back light to the panel to be able to read the features.
