Great product!

This replaced an older version, which I also loved using. Some of the key pads are in different places, but I'm getting to used to it. This is a wonderful microwave and a great price too!

First one didn't work

Our initial microwave never worked from the first day. Instead of just replacing it which is what should of happened we had 2 different service calls to try and fix it unsuccessfully. Eventually it was replaced over a month later and the new one works well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I've had it 4 mos now, it's works great, does what I need it to do. Wish the fan were a bit stronger and the light a bit brighter. Aside from that no complaints.

It works, 2 minor issues

Its a functioning microwave. I dont have any issues with it but two small conerns:
1 - for a "stainless steel" microwave, ONLY the handle is stainless steel. ONLY. The rest is a grey plastic.
2 - the light under the unit, which is used to brighten up your stove, is extremely dim. That and it points to the wall (not down) so its vene less effective.
