Pass on GE appliances

I’ve had it less than a month and had to schedule a service on it already. Also I am really disappointed at how cheap it is made.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I really like the Express Cook function. I just got it so I haven't used it a lot. But so far, it seems to be very user friendly.

Pretty decent product

Seems pretty decent for the price. A few things I don't like as well as the one it replaced. For instance to set it to run 30 seconds takes several steps. But to do 2 minutes you just press,2 and walk away

Your unit has an add 30 seconds button if you wish to only heat for 30 seconds we recommend using this feature. You selected a great unit with lots of features. Like turntable on and off. This is great for when you have larger dishes that wouldn't be able to rotate inside the unit due to size. You can turn off the turntable by hitting turntable button this will stop rotation and heat your dish. We hope you will grow to love all the features of your new microwave. Looks really sharp. All the functions appear to be working and are very nice. Not sure why the fan has to turn on when using or why it would turn on potentially while the microwave is not even being used? I am concerned that some parts appear to lack integrity and strength. The latches on the door are very thin plastic, wondering how much life they have in them before they fail. Also, some of the parts (support bracket) are unnecessarily sharp (Razor blade sharp) and are a real hazzard with or without gloves.
