Not happy with it so far

This microwave was installed the end of September, 2024 and yesterday it completely quit working. All electric in that area is working fine, so it’s the microwave. We have scheduled a repair person, but they aren’t coming until October 28.
So far, I’m not happy with this item!

Light makes inside of microwave extremely hot

Purchased this model to replace a nearly identical 7-year-old model with a dead control panel. The light in this newer model makes the inside bottom of the microwave extremely hot to the touch. I burnt my hand as I was installing the turntable after the light had been on no more than 10 minutes. I’m hoping there isn’t a manufacturing issue. This model seems more cheaply made. Handle and latch feel weak and the oven is very noisy. The display is much brighter and illuminates our kitchen at night
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought to replace a GE microwave of the same type that worked well for 16 years. Easy to operate, has the features I like, got the model one step above and a bit larger than what I had.

Solid choice for a white, over range microwave!

Works fine and installation instructions were pretty good/close. The wall template was a bit off but workable. Inside bottom of oven design kind of different, would like for it to be a more "flush with turntable" like our last microwave. It's attractive and does it's job.
I would recommend this to a friend!
