Great but a short lifespan.

Was amazing, loved it. I’ve now actually bought twice in the last 7 years. Thought the first just popped out. This one, I’ve had about 3 years and it will not heat. Great look, works amazing, until it doesn’t. Short lifespan, and used less than an average household, as no kids at home.
