I've tried all the automatic selections, but none of them do the job - either food not done or hot enough, or (had I not stopped it) completely overcooked and overdone. The beep is not loud enough, can't hear it in the next room and I have excellent hearing. It works is about all I have to say about it.

We want to help out with the automatic selections not working properly. We recommend trying out an electronic reset, which can be done by removing the power cord for 2-3 minutes then plugging it back in.

The efficiency of this microwave is perfect for a family. It heats up things quickly and evenly . It is quieter than our older one as well the 1.7 ft.³ size is all that we need. I like the way they made the surface of the microwave easy to clean. All you have to do is really wipe it down with soap and water so the durability is easy. The Ventilation system is just what we expected, which is good. It comes in different colors to like stainless steel or slate or black and we love that option
I would recommend this to a friend!
