Install easy but need two people. Lighting na. Ventilation already had this in place. Capacity was fine for two people. Controls are fine.

Door won't stay in open position for loading

Very disappointed that the door won't remain in the open position to permit my very short wife to use both hands to lift a heavy covered casserole into the microwave oven. Don't recommend this unit for anyone under six feet tall or less than three arms!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
