Sensor control amazing

I’m very impressed by the sensor function. It heated up my soup to a perfect eating temperature. Goldilocks not too hot not too cold but just right with no input need from me.

Easy to read Control panel and installation

Great Looking microwave- easy to read control Panel. Professionally installed in 15 minutes that replaced a 21 year old microwave model. Hope for similar results ( although I’m 80 -LOL)

I absolutely love my GE microwave! I was looking for an uncomplicated machine (I don't need tons of options) and this product fits my needs exactly. For the express cook option, just press the number you want, and it starts immediately.. a one-step process. Effective and efficient simplicity! Additionally, the installer told me GE is #1 in microwave quality..

Not quality I expected

I got a warranty replacement microwave for a previous model I bought three years ago. This
new version has giant open spaces at the top,
where a grill or other cover should be there to
prevent items from falling into the inside of the
appliance. Dust, grease, food particles can all
fall into this space and become a fire or health
hazard. I don't have the old one anymore, but I'm
positive the open spaces were covered. I recall
washing grease buildup between the slats. This is a poor design change. The last one also started to crack around the handles and plastic frame, which my GE dishwasher also does.
The door is vertically loose. You have to
disassemble the front of the microwave to
replace the charcoal filter.
It is not what I'd expect from this brand.
