This replaced a similar model which lasted a long time and gave great service. The new one seems to work fine, but there are some irritating changes from the old model. First, the cooktop light is very dim. Our old unit had two high intensity bulbs, which gave very good light on the cooktop. The new unit has one very dim light. I'm going to see if I can get a brighter bulb without voiding the warranty. On the other hand, the display light is much TOO bright. It's distracting during the day and lights up our whole first floor at night. There is no way to choose a lower light level, so I've turned it off. Another thing is that the door feels lightweight and sounds flimsy when you shut it. Also, our old unit had a metal ceiling, which allowed us to use a spatter shield that was stored by sticking it magnetically to the ceiling. The new unit has plastic up there, so we cannot use the spatter shield conveniently. Finally, the "loud" beep setting isn't very loud.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good overall choice

Installation was easy. The microwave is a standard size. No need to adjust cabinets. Light and vent for the range below are nice with high and low levels for each. Love the features that allow turning off turntable, turning off display panel (light), and muting buzzer. Looks great and works great.

Large capacity with easy to use touch panel! Sensor cooking makes food cooking a breeze! Finger print resist stainless steel keeps it looking great!

Our old microwave had a 15 second button to heat bread and rolls. I believe your starts at one minute. I would like to see a 15 second and 30 button included in another models. The capacity is great large size ease of operation is wonderful. installation was easy I didn’t do it And performance maybe in about six months we’ll know it seems like it’ll be great
