Shuts down due to high heat

I do canning every summer. My microwave shuts down at temperature when I use my 2 canning pots. I am a senior and all new computer driven appliances are awful!
We checked & vented out properly just a bad product. For heating up a meal works ok

We do not recommend sterilizing canning jars in the microwave due to the amount of water needed and the proper temperature that needs to be reached. Foods high in acid, while acceptable for water bath canning at boiling temperatures, must still be held at boiling temperatures for specified lengths of time. This is where a conventional water bath canner is best because it allows the jars of food to be submerged in boiling water to assure consistent heat to each jar during the canning process.

I've had this microwave since 2017. It finally went out so I replaced it with a another one just like it except with new features. Very pleased with this microwave and the lifespan.

I had the model before this, for over 20yrs. I had absolutely NO problems with it. I liked the features on it better than this one. It had a rack, so that 2 items/plates could heat. This one also doesn't have the delay start option. Installation simple. Haven't uses the ventilator yet.
I would recommend this to a friend!
