microwave does not work

the rotating glass plate .....keeps stopping....does not work....need new support for plate
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very good value for the price

Great buy for the money. Larger than our previous one and more power, so thinks heat up faster.
Would have preferred if there were 2 lights over the cook top, rather than just one. It is not nearly as bright as the 28 year-old GE microwave we replaced.
We also miss having the plethora of programmed settings for a variety of different foods. We used to have like 6 settings just for heating "snacks" - like pizza, pastry, bakery, etc.
Installation was done by a handy man, but is was very straight forward and took only 45 minutes.
We installed ours to vent through the back to the outside. Fit the existing vent ducts, so that was great.
