The unit is easy to use and does its job as a microwave well. However, the hood function is horrible and it's very loud. The hood does not suck any steam/smoke from cooking despite it being almost twice as loud as our previous microwave.
We had the same model previously and its construction was much more solid and was much quieter.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hopefully the microwave will last more than five years. It seems to be made kind of flimsy with the door handle, not very firm.

Great features and installing was a breeze.

Easy one man installation. I was able to install in 10 minutes with my existing frame and drill holes. I did replaced an LG unit that only lasted for 2 years.

Pressing the numbers is difficult. You have to press hard to engage them. Also the microwave is very loud when running. No complaints on the operation. But the above items are annoying.

It replaced a 25 year old GE microwave. Adequate capacity. Standard flat push tabs. Instructions are built in as you use it. Installed by 2 professionals. Adequate interior and exterior lighting. Boxy and very plain. Not as classy as the old one. It is a bit quieter. Would buy again.
