Microwave works great! The rack is pretty cheaply made and gets hot, so be careful. Have used the carousel on bottom, which works better than the rack!

I saw this on display and immediately said it's for me. The color is amazing, the features like an automatic night light are great! I love the dual heating removable rack. Easy installation too!

This microwave is easy to use and wasn't too difficult to install. So far we've only used cook and defrost settings, and they work well and are intuitive to use. Anybody else every been frustrated by a microwave that won't cook when you push the buttons? This one works just like you'd expect, no mystery buttons or tricks to learn. We're happy we chose this microwave.

I just bought this brand new microwave to go along with my other slate appliances. Two weeks after it was installed it stopped heating up food. I used it maybe a total of 10 times. I have now been waiting for two weeks to get it fixed and in working order. So far it has not worked longer than it was working. Very disappointing. Tempted to return.
