Great looking and lots of easy controls. Even has a Mute option, which is key for anyone dealing with newborns. : )

The microwave works as expected. The only challenger we have with it is entering a specific time period that is not one or the preprogrammed times.

I miss the shelf I had with my previous oven. The controls are easy to understand.
This model doesn't seem to have the umph that it should have. I have to cook longer to heat food properly.

A great product for a reasonable price. The only thing that I would improve on is the touch pad. The buttons need to be pressed with a decent amount of force to activate.
