This model does not have soften, veggie presets, or steam. DO NOT BUY. It replaced a GE that all those features. A regrettable purchase.

Ok unit - mounting is different again.

This is the 3rd GE microwave I have installed and each one has a different mount and cord opening pattern. So now i have another set of holes in the cabinet. Why can't this be standardized.

The numbers are rubbing off the controls

Has a heating issue that goes out

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this microwave for 2 1/2 years and it went out now not heating and I gotta figure out what’s going on with it. I don’t wanna buy another one can’t afford it. and the quality of the wear and tear on it, though it breaks real easy on these microwaves the handles the buns don’t work, get stuck.

We'd like to help out with your microwave not heating. We recommend trying out an electronic reset. This can be done by shutting off power at the breaker for 2-3 minutes, then plugging it back in. You will also want to make sure that the "Timer" function isn't enabled. You can disable the timer by pressing the button. If you are still experiencing issues, we suggest scheduling service with our Bodewell team.
