Every time I turn on microwave the vent starts up, even when the stove is off and is cold. Vent is noisy and annoying

AWFUL Microwave, Dimensions ARE NOT ACCURATE

I was told this was the same dimensions as my existing JVM6175EF1ES, it was not and installers repeatedly tried to make adjustments so the new model would fit but because it was actually a different size, contrary to what the GE sales rep told me, it didn't work and now I'm not even sure if I will be refunded the product amount and install amount.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
