Great microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our microwave stopped working on a Saturday. After some online research and a phone call to Gerhard’s, we ordered a replacement. Five days later, our new microwave was installed . This was the easiest appliance purchase we ever made. We’ve had nothing but good experiences with this appliance dealer. Most of our anppliances are GE and we’ve been very happy with them.

We’d like to help with this issue you’re having with your microwave running but not heating. We recommend checking the fuse/circuit breaker to ensure there’s no issue, and disconnecting the microwave from power for a couple of minutes before reconnecting; this resets it.
