Great device if use to heating and reheating stuff

Actually we love this product in an earlier iteration. The model numbers are the same but this device is bigger. Not a bad thing,but, when store delivered tech. Had to modify placement and former device was vented to outside. This new device leaks air into kitchen along with grease and what else precipitates from microwaving.

I am not happy with not receiving an owners manual. We are in our 80's and an owners manual
to help us understand how to operate the new microwave and a reference for use is a necessity .
