Nice looking unit that fits fine. Door latch seems tinny. Disappointed that it doesn't include power level even though there is a power level marking.

You can simply enter the weight of the food, and the oven automatically sets the optimal defrosting time and power level. You can also manually set your desired time for defrosting. Declining quality and ease of installing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] (1) This is the 5th one that have had over the years (25!) and the quality continues to decline. The previous one did even last three whole years. They just seem to be better than the other brands but not by much. I had to buy an extended three-year warranty for this one. (2) Also, it didn't come with a shelf, and (3) was advertised as an exact replacement, but the expanded metal on the back made the top holes off by 1/4 inch. I had to remove some wall behind it. (4), Finally the back vent doesn't seal too well and cold air pours into the oven and from the sides next to the cabinets. Took several hours.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Disappointed with the quality of the touch screen.

My old microwave (10 years) had perfect performance for its duration.
I changed it because the door handle broke off the door, otherwise it performed perfect and the touch screen buttons never got scratched or unreadable.
This new one only 2 weeks old already the touch screen shows scratches (they are in reality delamination of the touch screen) around the buttons used often.
I will have a talk with the store that sold me the unit to see if I have any recourse, and also to find if it is covered by the manufacturer warranty.
Works fine but it looks bad for a new unit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Smaller than before and different mounting bracket

Our precious microwave with the exact same model number that was around 7 years old quit working. We thought this would be the same size, specs, etc but it’s slightly different. The front of the microwave is shorter, and the mounting bracket has also changed. Not a big deal but don’t expect it to be the same as the identical model number from years past.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Our over-the-range microwaves are designed to fit in a 30" wide opening. It is entirely possible for the mounting bracket to change over the years. We offer a number of models from which to choose to ensure the cooking features you want are available.

More expensive black stainless & died within 4 yrs

Bought in late 2021 and it died in early 2025--right after a 3-year warranty. It was just dead one day. and my outlet does work. This is ridiculous. It's hard enough to find black stainless steel microwaves, plus they cost more so this one dying so soon is extremely disappointing.
