We got this 6 months ago when we updated our kitchen. It matches our GE range and looks great. It works well and we like the convenient "Add 30 seconds" feature.

Works well, other than the vent

The microwave itself looks great and works well. We installed it ourselves with little difficulty. The vent fan leaves a lot to be desired. It sounds like it is working hard and blows a lot of air out the top, but it is not very effective at pulling in smoke and steam. This seems to be an issue with venting microwaves in general though. If installing it yourself, make sure you realize the default shipping configuration is to have it vent out the back and not recirculating. I would also like the light underneath to be brighter.

Great Microwave with lots of nice features. Cooks evenly and quickly. I love the fact that you just have to press one button to get it to cook. You can press the 1 and it just starts and cooks for 1 minute. It does this for each number up to 5 minutes. Very easy to use. My kids can use it easily as well.

I hadn't purchased GE for many yeas I'm not sure because I hadn't used my Microwave but 3 times when It went out. When they came to replace it because it was so new they went back to the store not once but 3 time until the found one that worked. So far it works fine I have only used it 4 times so far. I know that there is always a lemon
