Better than our previous model

Purchased this appliance as part of a kitchen suite. The cooking times are much shorter than we were used to on our previous microwave. So overheating our food was an initial problem. Once we got used to its performance we have adapted and can do just fine with this model.
We have not used the convection racks yet, so cannot comment on that feature.
The control pad is difficult to figure out when you first start pushing buttons. More features on the control panel than we use.

Great Features and Lots of Room

I bought the smaller microwave and it is bigger than the countertop microwave it replace. I like that it has a shelf in it. I especially like the slate color which does not show smudges and looks great.
