Looks great, works fine, buttons not arranged well

I bought this microwave as part of a 4-appliance package. We really like the slate color, and the look is clean. It works fine, and it includes a nice variety of options for reduced power and pre-set times. I don't like the button arrangement. All the buttons are the same size, shape, and color. The buttons I use most frequently are not in the most convenient place. It would be a big improvement to have the commonly used buttons larger and in the most prominent locations, perhaps even use red and green borders for Start and Stop.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The microwave seems to work okay but, there is a horrible rattling sound at times when in operation. The fan is worthless and is LOUD on both settings.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This microwave sags in the middle on the top. It should have better bracing. Also, it is impossible to install the provided charcoal filter without breaking the vent cover behind the door. The instructions were followed but the cover will not budge. I had to leave the filter out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I liked the unit, but I do feel it does not heat up items as fast as our last unit. I have tried to change the settings, but they were as high as could be.
