Keypad not functional

Purchased two week ago with range, refrigerator, and dishwater without seeing in store big mistake. The keypad on microwave and refrigerator are very difficult to see. No lighted display. This is truly a flaw, that borders on not user friendly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Never had an over the range microwave, but reviews were consistently good. Love the graphite color--matches the others in our new home.

Just need to get used to where the buttons are.
Haven't used many of the features yet. I don't like that I can't just push numbers for a time, then start. You have to push cook time first, then numbers, then start.
This is an above the stove microwave/exhaust fan. The fan is very loud and only has two settings. My old hood fan had a wide range of settings and was much quieter.
The light under the microwave that shines on the stove top seems too far back. It casts shadows so it seems darker than it should be.
Other than that, works fine.
