Great features and easy to install. This replaced a slightly older GE model and the mounting bracket was exactly the same. Didn't need to install a new bracket. Very pleasant surprise!

Replaced a GE Profile that lived a long life. I only use for reheating, popcorn, and liquids so I chose the 1000 watt and am very pleased with it. I find the fan and microwave when in use quiet compared to my old unit. The light is good and love the nightlight auto feature. The only thing I would like to change is the control panel cover, it is shiny, gives a glare when trying to set. A flat finish would solve that. Love the slate color and plan on buying a refrigerator next. Nice bonus for my husband, it fit on our old bracket and was easy to install.

Good but beware

This is a replacement unit. The first one I bought 6 months ago and the interior paint starting peeling. I was originally told it was cosmetics and GE would send paint. This was unacceptable. I think I was correct in expecting an appliance to not have any defect. GE did replace it, so now I am satisfied. They are aware that they have a paint peeling problem.
