Purchased 3 mo ago and haven't had any problems at all with this!
Love the slate look! Seems cheaper than others I've had but I have paid way more for others and this does the same as the more expensive models!

I love this microwave. It is a perfect match to my other slate appliances. The features are great and the performance is too. The only downside is the light could be brighter.
