This microwave looks great with the slate color stainless. The programmable night light feature is much appreciated. One button press warming for 30 seconds is fabulous. Controls and functions are easy to understand and operate. Very quite when running.

Broke twice in 2 years

Worked great for a year.then the oven started heating even when not switched on. Was fixed under warranty. Now broke again , a year after the fix

installation issues

Because I have 1978 cabinets the unit did not fit flush with the upper cabinet base. For some reason the 2004 Maytag was fine but GE supplies one size of screws for install and that's it. I have spend hours trying to find a suitable manufactured screw to complete the installation. So far all I've done is heat up coffee since ducting was never installed by installation company.
