I bought this several months ago and love the slate! It matches my other appliances perfectly. It is easy to keep clean and use...I definitely recommend this microwave!

GE should know that the mounting template should be made of material other than newsprint. It is impossible to put in place. Also the handles are pieces should not be made of plastic. Otherwise, a good machine so far. (one day of use)

Fan doesn't work good

I had to hook the fan up to recirculating and it does not suck anything up from above the stove. The microwave part of the unit works great.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wanted to love it!

I really wanted to love this product, my husband had a hard time installing it on his own. Once it was installed, the turntable does not turn correctly all the time, almost like it is warped. There was no way he was taking it back out, so here we are with a brand new microwave that does not work perfectly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
