The microwave works and looks very nice. I'm dissatisfied with all the rattles it makes while in use as well as the fan noise. The fan is a 2 speed and on low you can't hardly hear anyone talk in the kitchen.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought this and installed it about a week ago. Installation was easy as I replaced a range hood that was already vented through the top of the cabinet and outside. I just mounted the mounting bracket and secured the microwave with 2 top screws. I know the instruction recommends using 2 people for install but it is possible with 1 person. It's quite while running, the exhaust fan is a bit louder when it's running but I expected that. However; the exhaust fan is not unbearable. I was pleasantly surprised that the range light underneath has a bright and dim setting, this was a bonus. Overall I'm extremely pleased with ease of installation and the functionality of the microwave.
