missing parts & damaged

My unit is missing parts- filter,owners man., rotating parts and was dented badly (factory- no sign of this on box) At the store this same exact model proclaimed MADE in USA --I liked that--but the one delivered is from Malaysia. Not to worry, I will get my parts in be able to use my NEW unit in 10 days(hopefully)
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the sensor cooking

Have only used the microwave for a short period of time, but so far it cooks well and cooks fast. I love the sensor cooking, as it seems to more evenly cook the food.

Good Features; Great Labor Day Sales Price

They could make this product better, by adding more sound proofing to the door frame. Makes a ringing sound when opening and closing the door because the metal vibration is not dampened. Sounds like a cheap door. Has green LCD display which is not the same as my GE range (white display) bought at the same time, the postive on this it it includes a 'display off' button which hides the clock. We used the vented fan option to the outside, this fan is strong and remove alot for air. Could be improved for a more comfortable sound of the fan as it is loud and a bit irritating. Don't have any experience yet with cooking food or longevity.

Great Product

This is my 3rd GE microwave. The 1st one I got in 1997 & it worked perfectly until 2011. I got a new one it has been perfect. I left it about a month ago when I sold my home. Without hesitation, when I bought my condo a few weeks ago, I bought a GE microwave. I'm very pleased & trust the quality, which has proven to be excellent.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We replaced our older GE with this great new model...The recessed dish is excellent & the new control panel has been redesigned to be so user friendly !...It looks great too !
