Replacement parts twice already

Purchased all new slate appliances. This is fine if you only reheat food. I use it also to cook. That being said, it quits running at full power after 10 minutes of cooking. They have been out twice and basically replaced all components. Still not functioning correctly and tired of having my brand new microwave rebuilt.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We bought it in august on the 17th and it makes this rumbling noise the roller drags under the glass tray

Works like a charm. Wide space for large cookware and heats up food fast. Very quite at night for those midnight snacks without waking the kids!

Second unit in 2 months

Purchased first unit and had to remove from installed location and return for new one because of bad fan motor. Second unit worked fine for two months then completely shut down, still waiting for parts and service 2 weeks later. Not sure what the future will bring.
